About Us
Where It All Began,
The Castle Club was founded in 1936 by a group of local riders and regular competitors in motorcycle sport based in the north of Essex. Now more than 80 years later the club is still going strong as a all disciplines based motorcycle club.
To Present Day
Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) and located within the area of the Eastern Centre the club is committed to supporting it's members in local, national or international comptetions. Currently the club has members competing in all types of Off-Road Motorcycle Sport from Motorcross, Enduro, Trials, Sidecar and at all levels of the sport from youth riders to adults.
Adventure Riding
Castle Colchester Motorcycle Club supports and organises Adventure Motorcycling throughout the uk from 1 to 3-4 day events.
Green Lanning
The Club supports and organises Green Lanning ride outs, near and far throughout the uk from 1 to 3-4 day events.
Trials Training
Coaching Trials Training
Our Club provides Trials Training to club members only.
Our very own ACU Certified Trials Coach is on hand providing group sessions to bespoke one to one sessions .
Our Coach will take you through what there is to know about the bike from set up to body positioning, clutch and throttle control, launching up hills and steps and more.
